GREEK SALAD CUPS

Crisp cucumbers, juicy tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives and tangy feta tossed in vinaigrette. Served in a fresh, bite-sized salad cup.

OLIVE OIL & BALSAMIC BREAD DIP

Blend of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, herbs and garlic. Perfect for dipping our fresh, crusty baguette slices.

CAJUN SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Succulent shrimp seasoned with bold Cajun spices. Served warm with a zesty, made-from-scratch remoulade sauce for a flavorful twist on the classic appetizer.

MUFFALETTA

Artisan baguette, filled with layers of mortadella, Genoa salami, ham, prosciutto, Swiss & provolone on top of a flavorful Mediterranean olive & veggie spread.

THE MOB BOSS

Homemade focaccia, filled with layers of mortadella, Genoa salami, smoked ham, prosciutto, fresh mozzarela, signature mediterranean pesto, mixed greens and roasted peppers.

THE TUNA-NATOR

Tuna, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, kalamata olives, tomato, hard boiled egg & basil on a bed of fresh spinach, bathed in a garlic vinaigrette. Served on artisan bread.

PIGGY IN PARIS

Smackdaddys french baguette smothered with herb butter, layers of double smoked ham and havarti cheese.

Pepperoni, salami, ham and pasta tossed in a vinaigrette with cherry tomatoes, vibrant bell peppers, spinach, fresh basil, kalamata olives and cucumbers. Topped with mozzarella pearls and sun-dried tomatoes.

CAESAR SALAD

Romaine smothered in our own Ceasar dressing, topped with parmesan and house-made herbed croutons.

niçoise SALAD

Originating in Nice, France, this delicious salad contains tuna, baby butter potatoes, blanched green beans, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and hard boiled eggs, dressed in a house made vinaigrette.

Berry PARFAIT

Layers of silky pastry cream, fresh berries of your choice (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, or a mix), crunchy granola, and whipped cream cheese topping. A sweet and creamy twist on the classic parfait.

sUNSHINE pARFAIT

Layers of lemon shortbread cookie, mascarpone, lemon possat and berry compote, topped with a cookie crumble.

Smackdaddy's tORTES

Muffin sized delicacies: we start with graham cracker or cookie crust, then add a layer of cheesecake, a layer of mousse and finished with a layer of whipped cream cheese. Must be ordered by dozen. Each piece is $6.
